Fog light switch doesn't work..

Post by HarryMann »

Yes, the lower one on the rhs of speedo pod, 3 position with tell-tale..

Bulb at back appears fine, but despite checking Fuse No. 6 (OK) can find no power applied to the grey or grey/yellow or brown (tell-tale) wire into the switch....

Confused - Heeeelp! - Any ideas?

I think the wire for the fog comes out of the back of the main light switch, check for the wire there and see if it gets 12v with ign on and dipped lights on.

The telltale in my fog light switch was intermittant. I needed to to bend the contacts where the bulb pushes into the switch to fix it.

As above fog lights require side lights on.
