I've had the timing belt done recently, and done an oil change for mineral oil, and its gone all tappety! (luckily sounds like only one)
Even when warmed its still there!
And there's still white smoke a bit.
So I want to tackle these next.
I've had look on the tech help pages not much going. I could do with book of lies to help.(Haynes manual)
How easy is it to do the fuel pump timing, im handy with a spanner.
How do you check for wear on tappets? Its it done hot or cold etc.
Any comments welcomed.
