Removed grill and light bracket/plate to behold some form of plastic twisty locky things with swivel screws - for adjusting the beams.But how do you get them off to fit onto new light units. And oh yeah one screw head is completely knackered. Can you buy new ones to "push" on and if so where?

Replacing Headlights
Have to replace my headlights on my '89 Westfalia California. Not a problem, I thought, so got two new units fron Just Kampers and waited for Good Friday. 
Removed grill and light bracket/plate to behold some form of plastic twisty locky things with swivel screws - for adjusting the beams.But how do you get them off to fit onto new light units.
