Buy a cheap diesel rev counter and oil pressure guage of e-bay,it will be a wise investment

How easy are they to fit Ade?

about 30 m ins for the rev counter, just run an extra wire from the alternator to the dash, and run an extra wire for the oil pressure sensor,
you'll need to find a tee so you can retain your existing oil pressure sensor and run the new oil pressure guage
