A freind pointed out this spare wheel carrier on Bluebird's site:

Airhead has one fitted to his bus and quite frankly its a piece of s**t. It rattles like f**k and looks daft. Airhead likes it though and seems to be very happy with it

Im not as happy with it as I used to be. When I replaced my rear bumper it did a nice job of twisting the bloody thing cause it pulled down on it too much. I took it off but Ill be getting a tubular steel rear bumper made up which I will incorporate the brackets into for it, so I can use it then. I think it looks good though!

Hmmm, to be honest I wondered about the strength of the Type 25 bumper. Not as strong as the one on a Type 2 Bay I'll bet. :wink:

Think I might go back to spare-wheel on bull bar idea..

And block your radiator? I wouldnt do that either. I know others have but any airflow taken away from the rad is not a good idea in my opinion.
