I love LPG

Post by Sven »

Just feeling a bit loved up on LPG at the moment. £22 a tank full to drive around +- 200 miles winter... (240 in summer) Its grand all that money saved, 20 odd quid a tank.....ran out of lpg the other day and was running on liquid gold.......just dont like it on petrol...seems to run much better o gas......dont know how people afford to run it on the other stuff, suppose cooking oil aint that bad if youre diesel powered. Fuel tank was on the last line of reserve so i put in a fiver, seems a waste to put any more in.
The calor gas centre where i fill up is 35.9 per l.......just makes you want to drive around for no reason really doesn't it?????

Getting my baby gased on the 26th ........... YIPPI..... really looking forward to it.

Round here our BP is charging 49.9p which seems a bit much to me (unleaded is 89.9p) How can I find a cheaper supply in my area? Thanks

I think the price is so cheap because they have to compete with their neighbour.....an independent depot that only sells LPG........only 10 meters apart.

Thanks, that's great. I am in Hunstanton and I go to King's Lynn now and again (when I can't avoid it) so will call in there when I do.

I always get a receipt from the 24 hr pump. Call me paranoid but if someone does find a way to rip my card off, least I can prove how much I had from the pump & at what time
