low level water warning?????

low level water warning?????

having troble with low water level warning on a 84 dg , have checked the wiring and bridged the sensor wires but it still flashes all the time .
have checked the cuircuit bord all ok [ no bad conections]
bentley wiring diagram says there is a coolant low level control unit , but icant find it :( am i being stupid ??? can any one shed some light please as i am begining to think i am a bit dim :lol:

You can try taking the sender out and cleaning the contacts. Also check the conector on top of the sender that seems to get a bit of corrosion too.
