jx injector pipe thing

hi
following my other questions, yesterday completed an oil change and other little bits and bobs. now I don't have a drip and the engine doesn't sound like a bag of spanners.
but
I noticed when the engine was running some deisel mixture was squirting out ver head, I am guessing that the little pipe that goes from down to cylinder head is called an injector pipe.
I have a hole in said pipe.
how can I fix (bodge it!) ? only tiny hole but enough to cover the head in deisel mix. REALLY need to sort it as ferry kids round in itand don't want it going KAAABOOOOOOM.
