subaru stalling

hi

My subaru conversion is stalling, but only when i come to a stop after speed/hi revs and not all the time. It idle's fine when you start it.

It doesnt happen everytime, but enough to be anoying.

Does the ECU control the idle, should i just change the idle screw? I dont want to make the mixture any richer and use more fuel!

Any ideas?

check for air leaks and poss maf sensor failure

mine did that a few time when you pull up to a set of lights etc i had to re set the butterfly where the accelerator cable attaches mine was slightly out plus it also set the idle to correct setting !
