retro fitting a waste water tank - where from and how ?

Post by ringo »

The westies have a rather gucci looking waste water tank fitted - i want one.

I've got an onboard water tank, and would like to fit a waste tank as im about to start kipping in the works car park (save a massive commute) - and i don't want to make any mess.

Can you buy them to retro fit ? Has anyone done it ? Where do you get them from ?

Thanks in advance

CAK tanks - http://www.caktanks.co.uk/ they do one specially made fits between the chassis and the inner sill, can't remember what I paid for mine but it was pretty reasonable.

I've done this, pretty easy job and well worth it. Cost about £150 with all the bits and bobs.

Water tanks

Post by Surfrider »

Heyo Ringo

I have a fresh and waste water tank coming to me next week. I don't think I need a waste tank so it may be available. If you are interested I will post a piccy and dimensions, capcity etc. Its off a T3. Failing that it will appear in the For Sale section in due course.
Lead me not to temptation. I can find it on my own.
