removing seat rails

Can anyone advise the best way to remove the passenger seat slider rails , as i,ve just go a 180 swivel seat but needs a flat surface...???

i think they are spot welded.so you can drill the weld out...

theres loads of spotwelds. its worth buying a spotweld drill.
you will also need a parting chisel to persuade them apart too. :wink:

step away from the angle grinder :shock: 6mm is a spot weld drill.....
