Following my post below this was the response from the seller.
"Dear customer
The load rating and speed rating is: ZR and extra load
The dtm comes in a 73mm outer bore so you will require spiggot rings
with them to reduce to 66mm, these are also in stock.

No you won't as the T25 does not have a load bearing center spigot anyway.. the standard wheels are a loose fit without bolts fitted, so you wont need them, cars have them to adapt the center bore of the wheel to the 'spigot' which is that bit that the wheel locates snugly on. You don't need 'em. Like saying you'd need spigot adaptors for BRM's on a 60's beetle
