anyone added armrests out of another car any recomendation any pic would be apprecated ?

I'd just advise checking out your local breakers/scrapyard and seeing what might fit.. anything off a car with a flar doorcard should work, and then its up to you to find it in the right colour! :D I've seen Honda Accord door pulls and arm rests incorparated into beetle doors and they seemed to work quite well.. maybe one to look out for? If I come across anything I'll let you know!

Think i've seen a T25 with E30 BMW armrests on the doors fitted looks quite good

U can get em from early caravelles, i did recently tho i'm not putting em down low, putting up high so i can rest me arm on it! 8)

This what you mean, :?: had these on my bus for ages, they work really
well, makes m/way cruisin more comfortable,
Very easy to do , just screw um to to door, i found that the top of the door
handle to be the right height.

That's EXACTLY what i mean!!! Tho i saw a pair goinf for £25 on ebay the other day!!! :shock:

I fitted the same and they were lower in the door.

I took the door cards off and found ready made holes to fit.

I bought the square fixings and bolts from VW and they are fixed solid.

If you fit in any other postion you may only be fixing to the door card.

I got a set off ebay for £5 delivered ! bought fixings from VW and door cards have marks already for them hols on doors also if you want them higher you will have to screw into door .
