Isle of Man TT Course Record for a Syncro?

Post by Jeremy »

Just wondered if I hold the Syncro world record for the fastest TT lap? Mine managed it in 1 hour 25 minutes, would have been faster if it weren't for all those motorbikes getting in the way.........

Jeremy.

You'd have managed it in 1 hour without that hightop on it mate - I'll take it off ya hands if you wanna sell it - it'll increase your aerodynamics - honest!

p.s. I'll race ya next year...

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape; If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Thats pretty good really..
Wish I wuz there this year, cracking weather..
But 5 years of crappy weather made me move from there.. well, its one of the reasons!!!
Hope to make it next year, with the doka and Bandit in the back, but the kids are not off school then..!

What was the hold up at Bungalow?

My mate reckons its the best weather since he moved there in 1982... 1994 was blooming good though!!

Did the island circuit one year in Transit vans full of bikes, got off the midnight boat early morning, no-where to get brekky, so we went for a fast lap in the vans :) THREE abreast down to Cregg Ny Ba at about 80mph  That blew the cobwebs out. Can`t remember the laptime, but it was fast :) (gets faster every time I tell it) 8)
Keep it real.
