Will new transporter seat belts fit a type 25

Hi, I have two questions:
Can I use the rear 3 point seat belt out of a new style transporter in my 1989 type 25. Its off the rock and roll bed and for my rock n roll bed. Im not sure if the measurements will be different. I've found one I can use. I know I can buy a kit but thought it would be easier and clearer to copy off one thats already fitted.

Do the head rests simply pull out of the backs of the seat or will i need it to be cut off to remove it?
