Don't know where to locate my Eberspacher?

Where you go, where you stay and everything to do with getting there and back.

Don't know where to locate my Eberspacher?

Post by pouch »

This is a last minute plea,

I am going to fit my eberspacher (B1L) today, but really cant decide where to put it, no-where seems obvious.

Under the rock'n'roll seat is out as it is all wood and I am concerned about the heat and wood combination.

My current plan is to see if I can mount it in the hole where the ducted air comes in just in front of the gearstick. Otherwise, maybe under the cooker behind the drivers seat?

Any suggestions, or just telling me where yours is at the moment would be a great help.

It's cold in the van

Thanks for the suggestions

My only concern is that I will need to cut the bench seat about and mount the eberpatcher through the wood. It's also surrounded by wood??
Surley with the heat this would be a bit dangerous??

My bench seat has the rock'n'roll bed on it. I guess I will lose half of the space under the seat, was also thinking of putting the leisure battery under there as it's too big for under the passenger seat.

Any other options?

Heard a few peeps on here have them under the glove box, good compromise as you dont lose space elswhere , my propex is under the rr bed and ihave to empty out all the crap when I run it, but how often do you use it?

Got mine under the rock and roll. The only stuff i keep next to it are tools and bits that don't matter if they get hot. Controls are right where i need them too.

Ebers rock!
