i know it sounds daft but when i get to about 54 mph the cold start pull starts buzzing, when i get to about 58 mph it stops, if i pull it out while its making a noise it stops but i carnt drive with the pull thing out, and about 57 is my cruising speed so its buzzing all the time, just wundered if any one else has had a similar problem ?

Try a bit of grease on it. Sounds like sympathetic resonance. :idea

NO
grease it but didnt work, so took cable off and lubricated it all and it still buzz`s, might look at getting a new inner and outer.

Hold on a bit with the new one...Try to realign the original, or tie it back some where to stop any vibration and see if it works :P :P
