Source for water pipe for Westy kitchen ?

Post by Stefvan »

Looking for a source for the braided (food-grade) 10mm pipe for the plumbing on a Westy. My local marine place has 10mm braided but it is reinforced and won't bend easily around the sharp corner in the electrical box. I don't mind opaque pipe as it seems better to prevent mould.
While we're here, since there was no plumbing in my kitchen when I bought it, I am presuming the main water feed comes out of the corner section (I have the tank over the n/s rear wheel) into the electrical compartment, i presume it then turns the sharp corner and goes straight down to sill level, then runs at sill level to the undersink cupboard. It then avoids leaks getting near any mains or 12V electrics.....
I have tried the local massive aquarium store and the local plumbers, both to no avail...

Why not use rigid bends or elbows for the tight bends. I am sure you can find some that will fit the pipe you mentioned
Health has now stopped me camping Etc.
