hi,has any one thought abought a clio v6 3ltr lump as these are rear mounted lumps.ive seen a few at good prices any opinions?cheeers wayne :?

you can fit what ever you like just depends how big your pocket is :D

how tall is the v6 engine in all it's glory
how long is it
weight
ecu, brain etc........ how complicated, does it need a potenciometer {sp} under the accelerator pedal, like the later vw tdi motors
you've then got the trail and expence of adaptor plates, on the volkszone forum there's a nutter called split eye rose, he's put v6 motor in his split bus, he might be worth chatting too
i've yet to look into alternate engines, but seeing as a lot of work and developement has been put into scubi motors, seems silly not to follow along, splent of power avaliable from a small light'ish motor
