Go-Westy Wheels

Post by Ian_Fearn »

Has anybody seen the go-westy 15inch Merc style alloys on BFG A/T's?

They're selling them for $1000 which at the current EXTREMELY favourable exchange rate would mean you could probably have them delivered for around 600quid.

I've got a set of carat wheels with 4 excellent Semperit tyres which could offset the cost and get me a set of nice new rims with lovely new tyres :D

Don`t forget to factor in the import duty and VAT, plus the cost that they charge to collect that tax :( You may get them through customs, but I wouldn`t think so with a package that big

I`ve got quite a bit of stuff from the US, and if you get slapped with the duty etc, then it usually isn`t worth the hassle for what you save. I can`t see Go Westy sending those wheels to you with "gift" on the green customs label :)
Keep it real.

Get them to send them as spare parts as then you pay a lower tax on them.
