Well i had to finaly test my new(floor up rebuild TDI westy)out off road.
It has been put up on "you tube" by a kind gentleman(questionable) under 'syncro 16 westfalia'.A rather short clip but we had fun.

Ure not imagening things Andy.The torque of this new one is incredible.
A pleashure to off road even when it ways over 2.4 tons.
Yes to the other Andy they are ML alloys.

I have had the pleasure of poking around this syncro and it really is quite a piece of kit. Very well thought out and well put together. Dont know about the wheels though.........
