No, cause the fuel filler is in the wrong place. It should be on the back right quarterpanel.

No its not a original syncro maybe converted.

I think thought that the fuel tank still has to be moved even on a converted syncro because the front diff gets in the way of the tank. Thats why Syncros have their tank over the gearbox.
