oh dear no plain...but the ratings ok

Oh well it was just a thought.
we stock quite a good selection of the general stuff..M6 to M12..nuts and flat washers lockers springers

Ok, well pretty close then, but...
VW charge about £1.60 +VAT (or more) ea. !!!

Wonder if JK or GSF do them, washers don't seem to come in the GKN kits, but they're 12p each from VW

Ah thanks,

Socket cap heads 12.9 Zinc Plated

12.9 about the strongest you can get commercially. They probably have std. plain shank length, usually a few multiples of the diameter, possibly 2.5 x

N.B. Zinc Plated Socket Screws are de-embrittled after plating but remain slightly weaker than unplated screws. For maximum strength specify unplated (black) screws. (but aren't listed :) )

sorted it. vw want how much per bolt ?... went up w/brom fasteners and got 12 bolts, 12.9 grade with 12 locking washers for £2. hhmmm
