OK I have a small problem, all the lights(interior) , radio, clock are wired to the leisure battery in my westy. Now when i drove to cirencester today the radio was working but now nothing that is wired up to the leisure battery is working.
With the westy, on the front of the fridge is a small switch that tells you if the battery is charged ok, this is ok and battery is fine.
Behind the drivers seat is a junction box with 2 blue fuses in it, i'm presuming that they run the lights and fridge etc. Relay box??
Why would they stop working, knackered fuse? or something else, problem is I accidentally knocked one out and now when i try to out it back in, A, its a fiddly pain in the ass and B, it sparks at me, is this normal. the one i knocked out is the one nearest the cooker.
I know I'm being blonde again but have to have the lights and radio etc working asap.
Please can anyone help me.
Many thanks in advance

the sparking when you try and replace the fuse is probably because somthing is turned on that gets its supply from that cct so make sure everthing is off first. the fridge is normally fed from the main van battery via relay so it only works when the engine is running as it draws 10-12amps and will flatten a battery very quickly. the problem sounds like a bad connection somewhere if its not the fuse, so its a process of following all the wiring and checking connections and check for 12v if you don't have access to a meter rig a 12v bulb up connect one side to the van chassis, earth and touch the other side to the bit you want to check light on good, off no 12v, hope this helps.
