crankshaft oil seal
My 1.9 dg caravelle has got an oil leak problem suspected rear crankshaft oil seal but might be the oil pump seals. only problem is can't kind either parts for love or money?????? and how difficult is it haines says you can do it with the engine in??????

--you should be able to order the crankshaft oil seal & oil pump cover gaskets from your nearest VW van centre --VW car only dealers will not now order van parts----take your engine number & chassis number to imput in their computer--you could probably do crankshaft seal in situ but not oil pump cover
