Thank you......The spots were already fitted..through the bumper they do wobble a bit though, not that noticable when i'm blinding full headlight drivers :D :P

I will put up my full project when I'm finished, it is changing really quickly now.. I did the seat bases yesterday, i'm well pleased with them...all covered in carpet and insulation, when you hit them they sound solid, not hollow

Yes like those, but you can get them at all the shows also (cheaper sometimes)..Take your grill off & just stick them on with some silicone along the little ridge..

I painted it with 10 cans of satin black.......did'nt rub it down, straight on

It's just to give it a bit more protection foe the winter & to see if I liked it satin black, next year when it's a bit warmer, it will be rubbed down & be done with a proper spraygun & defo Satin Black

Hey Geoff, how's the rocco? :P

My 20vT is off the road just now, burnt a valve. It'll be back next year with a little more power (250bhp ish).

I didn't know you were a T25'er too.

Fun isn't it? :D

Hiya Lee...Always loved the wedge......WhiteCat is off the road for a full resto (with a vengence). Body kit is starting to look awesome......rebuilding the 2.0ltr as well, should go a bit quicker & hopefully not burn out 4 gearboxes either.....going cable change out of a Raddo.......How long you been into Wedge's then ??

Thats 3 of us now that I know of...Ghost123 used to have one as well

I've always loved all VW buses mate, when I decided to buy one a few years ago, this great T25 2.0L caught my eye and the rest is history. :D Been all over the UK and lots of Europe skydiving in it too.

Its worrying that most other tuned Rocco's with 020 gearboxes have had problems, my car has done 23,000 miles with the 20vT and BHP between 180 and 230 (depending on which management) with the original gearbox!! I don't exactly pussy it either, its ran a 14.9 quarter and hit 145mph (on a private test track of course  ), the only problem I've had is it forced a bit of transmission fluid out of the speedo drive hole after a sustained high speed blast (damn Carrera drivers!)

As it is, while the car is off the road I'm fitting a rebuilt 020 from a Goof mk3 TDi with Peloquin LSD and some other goodies, should be stronger and good for 159mph (in theory).

Nice to find you on here mate, I pretty much dropped out of the whole 'VW scene' as most of my time is spent jumping out of planes.
