Drivers side sill, O wot to do ???
A quick one, the sill on my van (drive side, opposite the slide door) at the bottom has a bit of rot in it and needs replaceing do I have to rip out the inside cupbourds, cooker, sink etc etc to do the welding. Not sure if this is the case it's just that someone said I would have to......and I really really dont want to start ripping it all out if I can get away with it. Any help on this matter would be smashing great super, look what you could of won. Cheers
Sherlock.

Cheers Simon not really what I wanted to hear but pretty much what I thought, Still it sounds like not such a hellish job and you've got a good point about the fridge cleaning and wax oil. Thanks for getting back to me. Regards

if its just a hole and not too bad you can cut out ALL of the rust, treat any not so bad stuff with rust encap(if you get a flapwheel on it first)weld a patch in, grind it off, filler/stopper it, paint it. if its beyond repair put a new panel in (dont be scared) its as easy as it looks, and you learn things at the same time!! bargain!
