What have you done for seat belts? 3 point or lap belt in the middle?

Lap belt in the middle. Keeps the van nice and original.
Why would the glass be anything other than half full?

Re: Mercedes Double front Seats?
Hi all,
I've recently acquired a T25. (Long term vw enthusiast - also have a '72 beetle and a '07 mk5 gti) ... I'm partial to some spannering!
I have 3 kids and so need to make it a 5 seater with 3 point harnesses. I picked up a double cab seat yesterday and so next step is to get hold of one of these support bars. The item in these pictures above looks ideal !
Are these available off the shelf from somewhere? Or is it a special fabrication job?
Thank you
