Word of warning those cheapo eBay leads are cak, and can and often do ness up more than they fix.! I have the proper genuine lead and the difference is night and day!

I have the Rosstech vagcom setup, its close to £300! But mine is 100% genuine and works properly unlike the £9 leads you get off eBay!

Basically anything could be made to fit, its just weather or not its worth the time and effort. With turbos, bigger isnt all ways best as depends on the internals of the engine and if it will take the bigger boost etc

The tare weight of the cylinder is stamped an the bottle, weigh it and deduct the weight of the bottle will give you weught of gas. Then once you get a new full bottle leave some bathroom scales under it to give real time weight. Cheap and accurate

thats loads worse than i think you think it is, that needs a whole roof swap, cut pillars etc i would quote you more than 2k to do it!

ok undamaged and readable, My point is the MOT does not check that it complied with the legal standard BSAU 145d. they tried to introduce it years a go and the garages fought it tooth and nail. The garage considered it was now bad enough to fail the MOT, so they didn't put it through. My MOT is therefore still good till June next year. AS much as that is true your van is still not road worthy, and if the police or vosa see it your in a bit of trouble. Once you open that panel up I bet the...

I would add to Red Westies post, when you crank it by go 1/4 turn one way then 1/2 turn the other way, increase this till its a full turn both ways just to make sure the rings dont grab on rust and snap then go in correct rotation.
