Just had a stainless exhaust fitted but the van seems to be down on power ? Before you could hear the sound of the turbo does this seem right ?

garage says its the fuel pump knackered due to bio diesel use, does this sound right ? if so whats the cost of a replacement ?

I have turned the engine off whilst its over reving and it stops straight away, it does seem to over rev more when using veg oil, would be nice if plenty of wd40 does the trick ! but the accelerator pedal not returning wouldnt explain the increase in revs.

to be honest i havnt checked the oil for a while as i dont use the van daily, ive got some wynnes diesel purge system is it worth trying ?

Never noticed, it always smokes on start up as you would expect with a diesel, the turbo was replaced about 5k ago

Ive got no power to the 12v, ive checked all fuses and im guessing that the leisure battery is knackered ? Any ideas ? Its a 1990 autosleeper 16td, if it is the battery what do they cost ?
