12mm outlet with a swirl pot. I believe is for the 2.1. This is the tank I used in my subaru conversion. I believe the standard petrol and diesel tanks are both the same with 8mm outlets.The only other difference would be the diameter of the filler tubes early and late vans are different I can't rem...

How are you bleeding it? It shouldn't be difficult, once you've undone the nipple on the slave it should almost bleed itself.

Hi, I run a subaru conversion with the RJES set up and its a subaru pressure plate with a 228mm vw fricton plate.Its a 2.5 DOHC.

No they don't need to be welded. but you will probably need to remove the whole arm to press them out.

Fit the grommets to the tank. Smear a little grease around the inside of the grommet this will make it easier to push the plastic piece into it, be careful not to push the grommet through into the tank--Oh! you already know that don't you :) You have to rub all the skin off the back of your hand to ...

Could be! but how would a headgasket be related to it turning over slowly? And are you bleeding it correctly?
