Just got my paint and cant wait to start but i have a question.......
What would be the best thing to use to remove a black tar type paint( think its underseal) thats been painted about 18 inches up the sides of my van?

Just one more question :) ......My black buzzing box isnt working and hopefully it might be fixed by a electrician. But will the hook up work okay without it? i know in changes 240v to 12v to charge the batteries etc but without it it wont fry the 12v electrics on the van will it? Again thanks for t...

Great some useful stuff on there, but the pdf file for the b2l is damaged and wont open :(
Any ideas of the model number? or what the part is caled in german? used a translator but dont know if they call it a control box, nothing came up on ebay.de :? thanks for all the help guys

here is a piccy of the offending socket, for some reason it wont show it the right way up......oh well. weird its the right way up now.........

hook up problem

Hi i need a bit of help, i just bought a hook up lead and a adapter to plug into the mains but it doesnt fit on my van! :( The inlet socket on the side of the van is different to the one on the lead, it only has 2 pins, my van is a german westfalia joker, i knew that the socket inside would be a eur...

Thanks, i think im going to go for ral 8001, dont fancy having it mixed want to keep cost down! lets hope i do a good job :)

not sure what model it is :?
Its in a 1980 german westfalia 2.0 petrol Aircooled t25 if that helps, im not good with these sorts of things :) trying to learn though :wink:

ebber question-guess the missing part!

Hi i was hoping someone could help tell me what part is missing off my ebber? the wiring loom comes up from under the van through a pipe the one bit splits off and goes to the thermostat control thing in the van but it looks like something is missing, would be nice to get it working :) here is a pic...
