Shaking steering wheel

My steering wheel has started to shake, in fact it is more like a clock ticking and shakes from side to side. It doesn't do it until I start to move. Any Ideas

Excuse this not being very technicalally put (but I am a girl and have no idea)I have an air cooled, 2 litre t25 and I have been told the twin carbs will need replacing soon as they are very tired. We did bilbao back to England and my advice is take your own food and drinks. Food was really expensive and not to our taste or the kids. Can you get a t25 with power stearing? If so from what year. My Sister in law wants a van but as she will be doing all the driving anything that makes it easier will help. Any thoughts?

Thanks, I joined the palomino owners club a bit ago, but they seem to be bays not t25's and just wanted to see if someone else had one like Polly. In fact Polly's picture is now posted there if anyone wants to sneak a crafty peak.
