Re: Attaching Khyam Motordome to Westy Pop-top
I was wondering the same thing.. (Hopefully I'm not hijacking, this might be useful info!) I previously used pole and clamps on my '87 high top Joker and it worked really well, except for allowing the slider top left corner to rip it when pulled tight. Wind was not a problem. I'd give that a go if y...

shameful question - please answer asap!
Ok I am embarassed about this, but I need to make sure there's enough oil in the van before the missus goes away camping with her mate tomorrow. The dipstick has two possible indicators. There are two notches which could be the upper and lower limits. There's also a bent section slightly higher up.....

oversize groundsheet?
..still haven't had time to check this, probably won't until I get to Glastonbury! - have small parking space in Brixton and no garden so not very easy to check! Didn't seem like the sheet was meant to go any further than edge of van tho. Hercules is yours the right size for just the tent bit plus t...

groundsheet
Got my motordome classic from Campershop as well, they were very quick. I ordered a proper Khyam grounsheet at the same time - did anyone else get one of these? It seems too big even allowing for it extending right to the van door.. Only used it once might be being dense! Loved the awning overall th...

JOKER manuals
Hi Graham, sorry thought I'd already replied, how rude! Scans of some more bits of manual would be great, if it's not too much trouble. This is what I've seen already (follow Westy Joker manual link), does yours go further than this? http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/VehicleSpecific/T3/info/westy/westy.ht...

translated Joker manual..
..last I saw it had only been translated up to end of first section, with four or more sections to go! Very nice to have even that much though.
Does anyone have any other bits translated? I know there are some Vanagon manual scans out there but there's lots of bits that are different.
