very handy indeed.

got a socket and a lenth of bar from work and got both nuts off this afternoon. it is the 46mm.

yes it does have shorter springs, but the plates they sit on have rotted away so there is nothing to keep them in place. i just wonderd if you can get this part ( looks like they are spot welded on ) or do i have make my own ? as the trailing arms are in very good condition i don't want to change th...

well it was ideal on mine. as the passenger door handle & lock are like new. and its one less key on my fob. i just lock and unlock the passenger door from the inside.

hi, can you get the plates that the rear springs sit on, ( the bit thats welded to the rear trailing arm )?.as on mine the bit the bump stops hits has rotted away and when you jack up the van the springs fall out. or does anyone know of any quick fix. i was thinking about welding an old socket on th...

you could do what i done.

take off the door handle fill the the key hole with liquid metal ( or any good filler ) then swap it with the handle on the passenger door.

job done.

hi,
as far as i know there is no gap with these tappets, you just back the adjuster screw off so its just making contact with the top of the valve with the engine in the correct position ,then turn it back in 1&1/2 to 2 turns back in. then lock it off an away you go.

any car shop about £2.50 i think even halfords sell them(£5+ there though).
just get the big one i think this would be for any 1.6-2 litre engine. :lol:
