You may be better off converting it back to a proper TDi if you don't know anything about the install??  they look like proper TDi injectors? It runs ok I inherited this setup it was put in 2005 and I got the camp...

Re: No clutch? Pedal not depressing fully

Found a new pin From JK have them more pricey than BW but I needed it so what can you do.
I will probably just weld and drill new hole but if Vw had made the pedals the same gauge metal this would not wear out like thisImage

Re: Diesel drain back?

Assuming that the fuel lines (including all the clamps/fittings) are all in good order, it's possible the pump is worn and allowing fuel to drain back when the van is left idle for a few days.  I had the same symptoms and fitted a primer bulb in the fuel line between the filter and pump (as close t...

The nut has a very low torque - dont overdo. you will snap the end.

When was the fluid last changed - bled.

I’ve not done a fluid change on the clutch side.

Re: No clutch? Pedal not depressing fully

Re: No clutch? Pedal not depressing fully

I did see that post I’m having trouble getting my hand up to the pin, there is a small amount of movement on the clutch pedal and when depressed the slave cylinder has some movement on the arm on the gearbox but not much, i did notice a very slight slip in the clutch like a delayed release then I wh...
