O yeh about fuel were would I check for wiring before sender as I'm guessing I will need to remove the tank to get to the sender

Yeh I have just tested it and I'm getting a feed to the switch but no lights so I know that part is OK switch it is

Earth is fine and so are the lights it's just the brake lights that are not working and my wife was driving behind me yesterday and told me the brake lights would work sometimes eg like maybe every 20 times I press the brakes on the 29th time they would work and then cut out again?

Ok 1980 2L t25
Filled the fuel tank full and gauge only reads 1/4 would this be a sender fault or is there any other things I should look at first??
Both brake lights not working also no tail lights what fuse runs them or are the brakes light switches bad for failing on them??

Just called them back and spoke to the guy that done the engine and he say that all the pushrods and camshafts fitted are for sold lifters so all good thanks for all your help

The second invoice suggests that the cam followers* were replaced again So they were changed twice in two years? Most odd. If the followers were replaced like for like in 2015 then your engine has hydraulic lifters. Firstly I would be finding out I this is the case. Secondly if the lifters are hydr...

the paper work that said the adjustment of tappets after 500 mile was done in 2014 and had 130k on clock but also in that paper work it had a full list of part replaced and one of them was replaced hydraulic tappets lol. Then paper work for 2015 for full engine rebuild at 131k so only done a thousan...

Hi I also need to fit isofix to my t25 but my isofix Base is different that the one in pictures? The folding seat bed dosent look very strong to fit isofix to it so I was thinking of reinforcing the seat bed and the mounting point on the chassis then welding isofix the seat has anyone tried or done...
