Hi! Just a quick update..... Took our alternator to an auto electricians this morning, the regulator and the rectifier were no good so having it repaired! We have also found a homeless green wire coming from the right hand side of the engine bay?!?!? Looking at the Haynes wiring diagrams frazzle my ...

We tried earthing the blue wire but the bulb did not illuminate.
The bulb illuminates without the key in, but goes off when the ignition is on!?!?
I'm ageing quite quickly!

Hi!! Still having issues with our alternator!!!!!
We are currently trying the old alternator again but we have found that the battery light on the dash is illuminating without the key in the ignition!!?!?!?!?
Any ideas would be most welcome!!!
