Re: Wobbly windscreen wipers
While you are at it, check your wiper blade to window angle, should sit at 90 degrees to the window.

Re: Cleaning pop top roof / canvas with RugDoctor
Hi, I have no experience of it, but think the rug doctor could be a little bit too deep penetrating if you know what I mean, wouldn't want what holds it on to get ruined and end up with a sag! I have had some success with the magic cleaning sponge thingys from Aldi in the past ( cant remember their ...

Re: Westfalia - what are these for?
Hi.
If they are the ones I'm thinking of (mine are beige) then they are behind both seats?
If so, I have always assumed they were for hanging your jacket on, as the first reply said. It's what I do with them anyway as I'm driving.

Re: Issues in France.
Sarran1955 will help. I think you have a problem with compression from valves or rings. no idea how you came to this conclusion but I doubt it is the problem. To me running fine with full and and what sound like fuel starvation with low tank says fuel delivery, maybe a blocked filter or the pump is...

Issues in France.
So... We jave been doing a 3 day journey to somewhere near La Rochelle. On day three we set off to our final destination. The wife was driving and as we were starting to look for a petrol station the van started to struggle as if we were running out of petrol. It would sort of chug or kangaroo, loss...

bigherb wrote:Yes M6x12, you need 34 of them. Socket cap (Allen screws) are best.
Thank you.
As the only ones I have to do are on the bottom I was considering using some studs and nuts/spring washer combo. Will have a weigh up and see.
Thanks for the input!

Tin Ware Screws M6?
Hi folks, Just a quicky. The van is in storage so to save me a round trip just to check, can anybody confirm the thread size for securing my bottom tins. JK sell them and list them at M6 (I wont be buying them, work are happy to 'lend' me some, so just need to confirm). I did have a quick look when ...

Re: diy whitewalls
The white wall section is extruded as a cow tongue and then layered, whilst still hot onto another pre extruded section that is then passed through a series of calenders forming the side wall. The white wall is slightly different dimensionally to other tyres to allow for the lettering/embossing etc ...
