Thanks every one for helping Joy with her van . Joy rang me at work its hard to help over the phone she did her best got it going Thursday , so being a bloke never looked at it last night . It took me 5 mins today it was a wire on the solenoid it was loose.

thanks for your help guys. My son has tested battery, which is fine and also the lights work fine, looks like it could be the starter motor then?

Hi all some advice needed please, I'm only a girly and don't do engines!! Turn the key to start van, lights on dash come on as normal, but then nothing...no sound not a sausage, does anyone have any idea what it may be??
