How much should I be paying for a cambelt change on a 1.6 D at the local VW indie garage (OBG, if you wanna pop round and do it, drop me a pm )

Changed my cable on saturday and noticed at the pedal end a brass sleeve is held in place by a bolt. It looks possible for this to move if the bolt loosens. Remove the dust cover underneath and take a look the pedal tends to drop so make sure its pushed fully up before tightening. Also check the cab...

Cheers guys, Just charged all the filters and the throttle has full movement and revs all the way. It only happens whilst driving.
