moving reat seat back

Thinking of moving my rear seat back to sit just infront of the engine cover. is this possible. Has it been done before can i just use the brackets to refit seat belts where needed i am thinking of doin a split seat with the 2 folding to a bed and the 1 just being static any help will be appriciated...
