I have the std westy under slung tank from the first t25's, which has a 50mbar regulator on it. I want to run my propex and new hob off it which both need 30. Is it best to just fit a bulkhead regulator in the van after the 50 one, or do I need to replace the 50 one?
Thanks
Paul

Thread and pipe size of original westy tank
My van has an original under slung lpg tank. All the interior has gone and I've fitted a new one. However, I forgot to measure the old pipe and union that connected to the tank output as it came into the van at the floor.
Does anyone know what they are?
Thanks

Do interiors fit all models?
Would the interior of a 1980 Aircooled fit later models including water cooled and diesels?
does the addition of a hightop prevent you fitting the over head cupboard?
Thanks

Don't think he comes on often Mike, but I spoke to him the other day and he's a decent chap who I'm sure would talk welding with you. After the chat he convinced me to buy one.....so watch this space

I would never normally question you answers bigherb, as you're normally right....but can you confirm those are the speedo cables and not the accelerator cables?

Re: R&R beds....Rusty Lee vs Vanwerks
hence why I feel safer keeping them there. Those built in points are tied into the structure so going nowhere. Might just be paranoid and the new beds are perfectly fine, but looking at the kids in the rear view mirror certainly makes you think about what if......

Re: R&R beds....Rusty Lee vs Vanwerks
Thaks for the info. Seen those but I'm happy to use the mounting points in the van for the belts. That's how I'm setup now. Beds look good though and I've seen the post saying they're currently modding them to make them better

R&R beds....Rusty Lee vs Vanwerks
I'm looking to fit a full width bed and redo my whole interior. Looking at the beds I've found that Rusty Lee ones are highly recommended. I've never seen one in the flesh, but I have seen Vanwerks ones. Are they on a par do you think, or have you got any other good alternatives? My kids travel on t...

Re: Opinions on this bed please
The one on ebay looks like a copy of my design. I can't see what sort of mounting points are used though. Best one is the Rusty Lee bed - on offer for £200 at mo I think. Where abouts are they on offer at that price mate? I've been looking at the Vanwurks ones too. Are they comparable do you know? ...
