Just because I have one liter acetone left and in a US-Tutorial they told to use acetone as thinner for Combicolor. I just want to be sure! There are a few other questions I would like to ask. Hey all, I have another question concerning the coats and the work inbetween. Is it possible to paint a second coat without flatting back? In the wiki you said "for some an unflatted finish would be acceptable". So just one coat could be enough or are you talking about 3-4 coats just witho...

Hey guys, thanks for the answers. I already read a lot and the thread is very helpfull! Bit its damn long and I am not a native speaker (german). I guess the pdf. guideline will be my orientation. Hey Guys,

I have a few questions concerning painting a van with Rust Oleum Combi Color.

1. Do I need to add any thinner or hardener, if yes what types of and how much of each.
2. Is it neccessary to sand the first coat before starting with the 2nd coat?
