Time to suck like a pro hoe. You can easily suck petrol from the front to the back. When you get some coming out the other end quickly get it back on your fuel pump and stick some fuel down the barrel of the carbs as well. Hopefully after a quick blast with the ignition you should be away. Make sure...

Starter motor by the sounds of it.

It also acts as a kind of electrical junction box as well, i only found this out last year when mine finally gave up and we coasted to a halt on the A13. Replace it and i reckon your woes will go away.

When you test the spark though what colour is it ?

Bloody bolts.....

We're desperately needing a pair of the bolts that go through the bottom of the front shock absorbers and wishbones on the front of our T25! Both bolts have vulcanised to the rubber and will need to be cut out, and we can't seem to find any anywhere...new shocks don't come with them supplied (so hel...

Check you vehicle compliance online.......

A lot of older vehicles are not eligible for this, tried both the bug (72) and the bus (83 1.9 t25) and both weren't eligible. Even my audi 80 avant 1.9tdi wasn't eligible.

Made me have a good luck though as i live in East Ham.

What vaporiser is it? turning the main valve all the way in should cause it to run very lean if at all.. and the idle screw all the way out will richen the idle up a lot... normally the idle needs to be out 2 or 3 turns and then adjust the main valve to get good running at 2500 rpm... sounds like t...

That will be the main mixture controle "power". Turning it anticlockwise will richen, and vice versa. It isn't the only adjustment though, there will be an idle adjustment on the vap too. Andy Found the idle one, had to screw that a long way out to get it to slow down. Runs perfect now th...

The vacuum pipe from the air cleaner is blocked up on our Gasure converted late DG, and so is the one which did go from the aircleaner box to the warm air unit (which is removed anyway). You still have the warm air unit looking at your photo of the whole engine bay. Sounds like you need to have a l...
