Hi All Hope someone out there will be able to help with torque settings for the two bolts that attach to the oil pump on the 1.6TD JX engine. It seems to be notching on the fly wheel pulley. Could that be a sign of over tightening? Also the torque settings for the crank shaft pulley bolt? Says 90nm ...

Hi,all van is smoking to excessively to drive now, burning huge amounts of oil turbo seems to be working ok, would the turbo still work if the seals are shot, any suggestions appreciated thanks.

Hi, I had the same prob with mine and it ended up to be the plastic ball and cup thingy worn the rear part of the linkage hope this helps

Hi,that bottom pulley you mentioned does look like it's wobbling about a bit while it's running,mechanic said he had to advance the timing to get it to run smoothly?

Hi,all can someone please help with this on going problem I've spent a small fortune on new injectors ,pump timing,turbo checked,filters all round and the dreaded labour charges and she's still chucking out horrendous amounts of grey/white smoke takes an age to clear.

Please can anyone tell me where I can source some new injector pipes for my T25 16TD, local VW Dealer tells me they are now obsolete?

Hi fellow campers. could someone advise on how to get the gearbox selector shaft oil seal in tried allsorts now and finaly given up is there a special tool for this. Also gearbox in situ.ManyThanks
