has any one fitted one of these using a vw panel? i have a full size taller panel but at the top it has no lip on it to marry up to the van, is there any other way other than spot welding the panel along the top?
hope that makes sense ....

last year as the exhaust studs refused to come out after heat etc on my 2.1 petrol the next step was to remove the head so the mechanic did so and the liners came out thus binning the engine. is this common on the head removal or can i take steps to avoid it as i have the same problem on another van...

does anyone know the length of 60mm lowered springs...uncompressed.

like you say the mild steel one may only last a couple of years its well worth the extra money!!!

my caravelle was lowered 65 mm before i got it...i have added avo adjustable shocks and set them at halfway .i am running 17 inch rims ............since fitting the shocks the rims are catching on some low speed cornering.car parks etc i am thinking of changing the front coil springs to 45mm ones ? ...
