Lots of people had those new JK tunnel awnings at Big bang last weekend.
Looks very good,lots of space.
Jk had problems with their old tunnel awnings and withdrew them from sale.
The new ones a far better and stronger,we have the frame jk awning and we are very happy with it, no problems at all.

If i was totally honest i would have to say i,m not a big fan of winter camping. I prefer to go camping when the weather is nice,the T4 is all set up for winter with propex double isulating, hot water heater etc but i still prefer to do other things in winter and start camping again when the spring ...

I just got one, this weekend and I'm not sure if I've got the idea right... It'll maintain 40mph or so up a steep incline in 4th, and it'll rev its bits off on the same hill at about the same speed in 3rd... So 3rd... is the way to go? Rev the thing? you could push the baot out abit and do as i have and fit a 5 way relay the way i have mine wired up is so when the ignition is on the stereo runs off the vehicle battery then when you switch off the ignition it switches over to run from the lesuire battery, that way when your driving the lesuire b...

for a replacement, you are looking at the thick end of £400, as for a recomended replacement model, you will be kinda limited to whatever size gap you have for a the fridge! Don,t i just know it :( I had to replace mine with a new one in the summer. One word of advice pleased get the fridge checked...

A decent electric heater draws about 1500 watts... That's 128 amps at 12 volt! You can't carry enough battery to run it and your alternator is rated at about 1/2 that with engine running. :twisted: Get the picture? :lol: Electric heat is worthless unless you have a mains hookup.
