I had new clutch fitted 2 weeks ago.
Will top up oil when i can find the correct size plug spanner gerrrrrrr

Iv sprayed the ball on the gear leaver with silicon spray....seems to be much better :)

I dont know if its the cable or something else!!!
Finding it really hard to get out of reverse gear.

Clutch!!!!

i had a new clutch fitted in my T25 1.6 deisel but think the cable needs some ajustment......is this an easy job to do?

5 volt problem!!!

This is really really doing my head.
Please does anyone know why, when starting my T25, all my electrics are 5 volts till relay clicks off.
Its taking ages to start.
I have new relay, glow plugs and battery.

Thank you so so much, i think i may know the problem now. I may have the wrong type glow plug for the relay.
Will get some more plugs and give it a try :oops: x

Check that the 50 Amp fuse (below the relay) hasn't been replaced with a piece of wire and also check that the copper busbar connecting the glow plugs isn't shorting out to earth somewhere along it's route as it seems as though you have a serious power drain somewhere in that circuit. Hi, my T25 1600 diesel is driving me mad :twisted: PLEASE PLEASE HELP When i turn on the ignition, the voltage, when tested, shows only 5 volts resulting in me turning on and off loads of times before it will start. Oil light !!!!

Hi, im having issues with the electrics on T25 1600 diesel and its driving me crazy :twisted:

The red oil warning light is coming on but very dull. It has plenty of oil in. Any ideas why please?

I have one from the battery to the engine block near where the dipstick enters the block and one from the battery to the bulkhead. There is also one from the gearbox to the chassis (or there was the last time I was under there). Hi can you tell me where on the gearbox it is please? :oops: Cherry x

Do they have to read 12v? they are reading 5v at the moment. x
