Hello Been a long time since I been here but good to be back......anyway got a westy and I’m thinking about putting the battery for the engine / van in the engine bay and than put two leisure batteries in the cab one under each seat Just wanting to see if you no anyone who done this Any info or pict...

I have a 1.9 petrol ew
engine and when I'm driving it got a mind of its own and rav up now I'm not to sure about it but I'm thinking it the massair flow which is playing up but don't have the coin just to burn I find out its not that so if anyone has any tips give me a buzz on here thanks

see there no just me who needs a 100amp lol
lets just hope its a good one for him
i ended up removing the lid on my van and got a bit of hard board to cover the carpet from touching the battery you may ask why its just to save the carpet from getting messed up

The head lights
dip to full beam when you put them on full beam and switch them to dip the lights just go off side lights stay on but head light off but when you put them back on to full beam they come on so that's why I'm thinking this wire is something to do with it or the switch is gone

Early type and its the lights I think there a relay with a black wire coming off it but its not going to anything so I now it's ment to go to something

Yeah I now about it being ask a 1000 time I was just seeing if anyone has try anything new or better like gel or agm which I'm sure they cart be charg in the same way

I need the best leisure battery I can get for my vw westy but it need to fit in the battery tray and not be to high that I cart turn my seat around
I do a lot of wild camping and need it to last as long as it can

There a multi plug on the back of the clock just check the pins are not bent over 1st

Hi there all And a big thank you. Tomz I will put my tester on it and see what power I get to the heater side On the battery side of thing I was hoping I could fix it with out having to fit a 3rd battery but its looking like I'm going too. Engine running 14.4
If the d2 gets lower than 12.4 it will turn it self off to save the battery
Ps don't have a tv light are all LEDs
